I’m not much of a breakfast person, but when I actually want some, my first choice is some form of a McMuffin. Like the ones from Mcdonalds, but of course homemade is ten times better! Another reason we don’t make breakfast often is RJ does not like eggs and I’m not the biggest fan of bacon *gasp* (apparently it’s a crime to not like bacon). So one morning in Colorado after feeding the herd, we were hungry. I cooked up some sausage and eggs for me. Toasted english muffins, then let the cheese melt and made us each sammies. RJ’s was just cheese and sausage. Mine had sausage, egg, ham, and cheese. Started our day off with some good energy to take the pups to the dog park!
